cd26 tested and got bfn- how accurate is that after a cycle of clomid and hcg shot. my doctor wants to do another round of clomid 50mg days 5-9, but I want to do days 3-7 because I only got one good follicle day 5-9. What are you thoughts?

HI Sand, My RE told me to test 13 days after my hcg shot. 14 days after IUI. You say CD26, but it would all depend on what cd you ovulated. I think they want you to do cd5-9 on clomid with those who have longer cycles. From my experience, if you have a typical 28 day cycle days 3-7 are best. I don't think it should make a big difference in your follicle production. I took clomid on cd3-7 but I have a very regular cycle at 27-28 days. I had 3 good sized follicles on my left side and one on the right. Did you do IUI with the shot ?? Good luck
