IVF - Acne & AF pains... COULD I BE? Justine, you there?

I just went through round 2 of IVF this month. Had my transfer done last week and due to get tested in a few days. My question is - Is it normal to break out with really bad acne and have pretty bad AF pain? Have any of you experienced anything like this? If not, what did you feel? The nurse at the clinic didn't sound too optimistic so I'm nervous about the result and just curious on what you all think. Appreciate any input.
