Implantation Bleeding and Clomid

I have taken 3 cycles of Clomid first month 50mg 2nd month 100mg both had very HEAVY period 3rd month 150mg 5 days late I start bleeding, but I could last on ONE tampon all day, its not heavy like the others. Is Implantation bleedin more than spotting on clomid due to the thicker uterine lining it builds?
