How long should you wait after losing a tube & ovary to ttc?

How long should you wait for your insides to be good and healed after losing a ovary and tube to try and get pregnant again? Has anyone went through this. Please respond if you have, I would love to hear your story. I just lost my left tube and left ovary and part of me is afraid to try again and i really dont know how long i should wait to heal.
