Hi ladies, There is so many posts here, so i didnt get to read them all. Im sure melody you have had ur question answered. But i had a tubal reversal on july 13th of 2006. I had my tubes tied for 10 years. My doc told me not to expect to get prego for 9 month (it being the average), however I did get pregnant in 7mos. Had m/c 6.5 wks later. Which really sucked. He didnt recommend to take any fertility drugs, but to try naturally for a year, like normal ppl. Then after a year of trying to come in and we would talk about other fertility options. So now I am back ttc again. So far no luck but its been only 2mos since m/c.

Oh, and I also heard, not from Doc, that m/c is quite common for us who had tubal or vasectomy reversals on the first pregnancy. Dont know if its true, but all of whom i spoke to, says they went through the same thing, but got successfully pregnant the next one w/o problems. I was also reading someone else's post on this thread about being on progesterone, dont know if thats common w/us who had tr's, but i was on that to sustain pregnancy. I wonder if there is some common ground w/ that too.

Hello MrsIke. Welcome to the thread. You'll find a really nice group of ladies on here! I know you said you didn't read through all the posts, so I'll tell you my story. I had a TR 1/2006 and had tubal lengths of 2cm on my left and 3-4cm on my right. I got PG in August 2006, but unfortunately lost that tube due to ectopic. I have been ttc since. I used Clomid in December and again in January. This is my 3rd round of Clomid and I'm now 5dpo's and praying that this cycle worked!!

my name is tonya and i ahd a tr after 10 yrs also.i had a reversal in july started trying in sept been on clomid for 6 months nothing but i did ovulate from it.i had an hsg last month and if i am not pg this month than i will start femara, hopefully i will be pg this month.

Mrsike I had a tr in oct 2006 started trying in Dec. I got pregnant in Feb and lost that baby at 5 weeks. I was told it was ok to try again right away and got pregnant right away in March. I am now 8 weeks pregnant and had an u/s last week and seen the babys heart beating. It was incredible. I am the 1 on progesterone The Re did say it was to help sustain the pregnancy. It is good to know that it is common for us tr's to miscarry the 1st pregnancy I am so worried that I could lose this one espesially with all the stress at work right now. I am going to look for a new job b/c of all the crap going on right now. I need a less stress environment. Good luck to you Babydust to you all!

Good morning Ladies!

I just got home from my appt. My lining was 11 1/2 so at least now I know that it's not because my lining isn't thick enough for implantation. I did my Progesterone draw and I'll call her on Tuesday afternoon for the results. She did take a picture and said she wanted to give it to the sono tech to rule out the possibility of a uterine fibroid. She said she's not the "sono" expert and it may be nothing, but she wanted to rule it out. I'll also find out about that next week too. I wish they could've told me if I was PG today!! LOL I knew there wasn't even the possibility though. I was just happy to see my lining was where it should be.

(In case you're wondering why I was worried about that... every time I'd go for my mid-cycle sono my lining has in the past been between 5 and 5 1/2 which is not thick enough for implantation. This time mid-cycle it was 6 1/2 and they like to see it at least at 7.)

I've been doing hpt's daily so I can see when the trigger leaves my system. I'm 7dpo's and it's still there today! Argghh. I wish it would leave!! It's torture seeing those +++ hpt's and knowing its a darn shot!! LOL

Hi Ladies, I haven't left you. I actually wrote a post a week ago but I see it's not here so I must have thought I clicked submit and didn't anyway... I'm actually back in the game, I got AF and am on cd 9. To the new girl I had tr surg in Nov. 2000, had an ectopic and lost a tube in Jan 2001 Got pregg again March 2002 had baby in Nov. got pregnant again in July 2003 had baby in March 04 had m/c March 05 Pregnant again July 05 had another baby in March 06. m/c Sept. 06 and still ttc 8mo. later for one last tr baby. Yes I want four tr babies! I hope that some of the tr women trying to have their first will see me as inspiration cause all of the babies I've had were with just one 3.4 cm tube. I have felt like it was such a miracle such a blessing that I haven't wanted to stop. But 4 is my limit!! Simms do you know which length tube you lost? Was it your longer or shorter? I lost my longest tube a 5 cm tube and thought my short on was going to be a dud. It wasn't!! I'm am hoping you still got your 3 cm tube cause I can say with confidence that one can do the job! Boo, I'm so glad you are hanging in there. All things are possible with God! Tonya you too! Pam, bought anything for the baby? I still have a whole row of new little clothes in my closet (girl ones) and I look at them and think if I give up who were those clothes for? I'd like to think that I was not foolish in buying them but it was more like intuition, or that sence that mother's get. Gotta go my hubbies hanging over my shoulder reading what I write, uggggh!!

Hey Rom!! We've missed you woman!! I don't know how to start a new post, but this one is getting long. If anyone knows how maybe we should do a part 2 thread! Rom, the tube I have left is the one that the Dr. that removed my ectopic said was 3-4cm. I did Clomid CD 1-5 this month so I'm hoping that worked for me. I really think it thins my lining so taking it earlier seems to have helped according to the sono i had yesterday!! I had a dip today so I'm hoping it was an implant and it'll go back up tomorrow! I can't wait to post here and tell you girls I have a BFP and then to see a sac in utero!! Perhaps I'll be able to in a few days!(smile) I've been testing with the dollar tree tests for the past five days and today I still had a very faint line. I'm hoping either A. It was because I'm PG or B. It starts getting darker in the next few days! Good luck to the rest of you and Pam can't wait to see belly pics!! HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!

Hi Ladies, Good luck with all your bfp's. Lets have another one, this month. Went to docs today, he is referring me to the fertility clinic in Oxford, UK. It has a very high sucess rate. I mentioned my sore boobs (4 weeks of it, today) and he examined me and said he could feel the lumpiness in both and thinks it might be hormonal, but he's not sure. I have a blood test form which is to test for Glucose, Thyroid, Prolactin, FSH & LH. so that's good it means I will get to look at my FSH levels again. He thought I may have the symptoms of PCOS which he says can occur at any time. I showed him my FSH/LH results from last time and he said that because my LH level was lower than the FSH result this would rule out PCOS at the time I had the blood test, so hopefully this one will result in the same diagnosis. Lastly, he thinks that I may have had a missed miscarrige last cycle (18 day cycle) as he said that bleeding I had and the blood clot was consistent with this?? I'm not sure he is right and now there is no way of telling. The only good thing from that point of view is that at least if he were right it shows that maybe I can get pg? i called for my results today like 2 times, when they finally got back to me i wasn't at home, so now i have to wait till tomorrow to get them.girls,keep me in your prayers that it will be good news.

Rom oh yes I have started the shopping. I have the crib set sheet bumper etc. I got a lamp and mobil. I also bought a basinett. It is so cute DH was worried there might be something missing or broken so he put it together already. Now we have it sitting in our room collecting dust till Dec. He gave me a choice for mothers day if I wanted something for me or something for the baby. I just asked to go to breakfast I want to know what we are having before I get to much! The crib I want it 350 so will wait a little while before I get it also need to move the other kids rooms first. Want to paint the babys room. Simms sorry no pics. I am very much not photogenic as well as not experienced enough to know how or where to post something like that. Not to mention I am a large person so I think I will just look fatter more than pregnant. Boo Maybe it was a missed m/c not that that would be good but like you said then at least you would be able to get pregnant. Not that that is much help I know I was there. I as so glad you got a referral to a good clinic I know you will get your blessing soon. Tonya let us know asap what you find out! Am praying for you! yeah i found it! they said i didn't do anything on ,my own so off to taking femara this cycle.
