Does anyone know if it is safe to give blood while ttc? We had a blood drive today and I gave, because I am O pos and I can give to anyone. I ask the lady with the Red cross if it was okay she said it would not effect me. She acutally said that she gives every 2 mos and after giving blood one time, her period never came and she found out she was pg! I don't know.. I was just curious. Now, I am kind of concerned and worrying about it affecting my chances. Your red blood cells take 56 days to replenish. Any input or info ??? tks
