Generally a woman ovulates on about day 14 (day 1 being 1st day of period), so sex is advised on about days 12 14 16. However many women ovulate at different times of the month so you need to be aware of signs that you are ovulating (mucous, temperature). You can buy ovulation kits from the supermarket or chemist that are just like pregnancy tests, and these indicate exactly when you are most fertile. Good luck!!!
