Frustrated! Any ideas?

I have a pretty irregular cycle. My last few months have looked like this-38 days, 41 days, 38 days, I'm not at 48 days and STILL waiting for my period. I had a bit of egg white CM yesterday and am confused as to why this would happen so late in the cycle, while I'm waiting for my period??? I recently bought an ovulation kit and am waiting until my period comes and goes so I can start using it on my next cycle, but still haven't recevied it yet! My last period started on June 11th. Any ideas as to what is going on?? I took a test yesterday and it was negative...

Hi Julie I am in the same boat as you. My Af cycle is so irregular since I went of BC I have had 32, 51,35 and now I am on day 43 and still no Af. I makes it frustrating when TTC. When I was on the 52 day cycle I thought for sure I was pregnant as I was getting ewCM for about a week and again this month I am getting the same it's not just one day of it it has been several days (4)

Ok, what does AF mean? Jordan- just out of curiousity, how long have you been trying? Are you using ovulation kits, bbt, etc? I tried bbt for 1 month, but found it confusing. In fact I find this entire thing confusing.. Man, I wish I had know it was so much more complex that just having sex! :( I was totally regular on the pill...

Julie, it can be frustrating if you let it, but don't let "wanting to get pregnant" hamper your sex life. Enjoy having sex. In fact, if you have sex every other day, then you don't need to worry about basal temps, cervical mucus, ovulation kits, etc. That's what my hubby and I did. We relaxed, had sex every other day and wham bam thank you mam. All the best to you!

Thanks.. I was starting to think the same thing.. Hopefully my period will get here ANY DAY NOW and I can start my next cycle with having sex every other day!!
