hey irene, ijust want to say one thing FBFM - i don't recommend if hubby has a low count. Afertility specialist actually recommended it to us. dh been on it for about a year and nothing. he is to do another count very soon. Recently I have put my dh on a potent vitamin regimen and I have already seen certain changes in his attitude, not to mention his beer intake has drastically decreased and he can't figure out why, lol - that's proof for me in antioxidents. If you are curious as to what we're doing I'll be happy to tell you. I have also purchased Taking Charge of Your Fertility which I highly recommend, I am not pregnant yet but I plan to utilize the technique in hopes to be another 'one-chart-wonder'! This book has helped me to discover that just maybe we're missing my ovulation even using the opk. check it out - it's worth every penny! ;) good luck and baby dust!

Hi everyone, I another person in the world that have bee trying to get pregnat. It's so nice to see that I'm not the only one though I hope all is going well and wishing lots of baby dust your way. Reading you all post makes me have some kind of hope.. My nerves really bad as I need things to work quick for me.

My Journey started about 4 months ago when I married my husband. He is actually the best husband ever. He's been there every step of the way (even my pshyco day,lol.) But anyways, we married and right away I knew I wanted to have babie(s) but he wanted to wait. I convinced him, of course. After seeing all of my sister flaunt their children in your face kinda made me go baby crazy,lol. My sis just had a beautiful baby boy (Jeremiah Michael.) The most precious thing. I sit back and think" What do you have" Nothing!! But I guess it's in due time.....

Ok back to the point... So I got my period at like 12 and for like a year they were regular then all of a sudden they stopped cold turkey. I went to the Dr. at like 17 because I was feeling pain in my ovaries and in my lower back but he prescribed Provera and told me that they would regulate my cycles. So I took those for 10 days for 3 months. Let me tell you guys, the first day of my cycle I literally went through a whole pack of pads and tampons...It was crazy and painful... Needless to go on to say that they didn't regulate me. I went back to the DR. a few months later and told the DR. they didn't work but I was still having that pain in my ovaries the only thing he did was PRESCRIBE THE SAME THING AGAIN FOR 6 MONTHS. I took them for one month and stopped... I couldn't take it anymore. This is where I am now....

I got married Sept 24th 2012. I have no previous children. But I've been working so hard to try for one. I am not able to chart because I don't know when I ovulate. So I bought some ovulation strips. I've been doing them every day on the first urine and I started those on Dec 20,2012 but they have all came back Negative. So then I tried Geritol because I heard so many success stories. I am still on that. I have 3 other sisters no brothers. All of my sister has fertility issues. My oldest sister has been struggling to keep her baby for 6 years. She calls me and says "I'm taking this" and winds up pregnant but then haves a miscarriage, calls me and breaks down on the phone because she doesn't know what happened.She has had at least about 10 miscarriages and all the DR she has seen has told her nothing is wrong. I can't do that to myself so I'm trying to stay positve. My next older sis she has had about 3 miscarriages. On one hand I want to have a baby on the other hand I'm scared that my joy will not last long. Some days I'm happy other days I'm depressed because my main purpose right now is to have a baby. I just don't know what's wrong with me. I am going to loose my mind about this. I feel like I have all the support in the world some days and others I feel like I'm alone. My husband has a son from a previous marriage and I love that little boy. He's so full of light and joy. I think of the joy that he must have had when he was born and I may never be able to give him that. Sometimes I feel like he doesn't understand my concerns and my desperation because he has one and has already had that joy. Everytime I hear that little boy say "You aren't my mama"... Or he looks at that little boy and smiles my heart is full of joy and wonder. But I do feel like I'm alone in this sometimes, I know that I have people like you guys and people like myself who are having trouble with conceiving.My husband says "It's going to happen when it happens" so all I can do is just be patient and wait....... What other choice do I have?
