i have never done the temperature thing.......are rising temps a good thing? i may do it next cycle..........well, im on cd 31........with no sign of AF, but got bfp's on cd 20 and 29........am going to wait until cd 34 to test again.......i feel 75% that it is just a longer cycle....but hold out the 25% for just maybe its not....just trying not to think about it |

rammy it does sound promising. However, a work of caution many non-prenant charts also show a triphasic patter. |
