Detecting pregnancy through OPK's?

Can you use the fertility monitor to help indicate a possible pregnancy? If the monitor detects a surge (temps up), during the end of your cycle, does that indicate you may be pregnant?

I read that opk's can detect the pregnancy hormone. I think your temps have to be elevated for 18, then you can start thinking your pregnant, hope this helps, check out www.peeonastick.com, lots of good info
