Not sure I understand what you are asking. Of course the important thing is to BD around ovulation but if you have been TTC for over a year then your ob/gyn or an RE can help you figure out what steps are right for you. If you are not sure when you ovulate tracking your BBT and using ovulation detector sticks will help as well as checking your cm (cervical mucus).
