Nikki101- I actually did 50mg of Clomid for 3 mths starting in August of 2011. It was just the Clomid though and timed intercourse so I am assuming they increased the dose because nothing happened when I was on the 50mg. '

Hi all! I havent been on here in ages as i had a long break from clomid! Im back on clomid now and everything is looking positive and so am i! Im on 100mg on day two of five!!

Hi Everyone, long time since ive been on here however I have been made busy. Since my last post, I am now almost 6months pregnant with my first baby boy :-)
My advice for you all is to never give up...this is truly the best feeling in the world. My experience was one to remember, first having HCG then put on a course of clomid and finally after 3 rounds, i fell pregnant. Its funny too, as my best friend who also struggled to conceive was put on a course of clomid to regulate her periods and BAM...after 2 courses, she fell pregnant. She is now 8weeks pregnant. I call clomid (Miracle tablets) as i am a true beleiver they do work in there own time. Baby dust sent to you all!!

i bet it is the best feeling, cant wait until my time comes.I personally think it depends on your infertility situation, in my case its DH low count so by me taking clomid really dont prove anything and i be afraid to take clomid for a long time because DR. say it can make your lining thin. Im going to have my baby soon hopefully, but take care with the pregnacy.

Yeah my DH had low sperm count too and we were told 99% of his sperm was sluggish so i didnt think taking clomid would matter as i did not think it was me with the problem. After having a HSG & being told my tubes were fine, we just assumed the reason why i never got caught was due to my DH sperm condition....however it seems not to be the case and taking clomid just gave us a push in the right direction. Good luck and i really do hope it all works out for you...i think everyone in life deserves the chance to have children.

hi! I'd like to ask if I take clomid for 5 days then on the 14th day i had unprotected sex with my husband, 3 days after which is 2 weeks before period i had a brown spotting that only last for 1 day, what does it mean?do i get pregnant by this time around?thank you this forum was very helpful

Hi everyone, this is my first time on here. I have PCOS and have been trying for almost 1 year. I am taking 100mg chlomid and is working to make me ovulate. This is my second month on that dosage but I had thrush and had to use suppositories early on in the month (Day 7 or so). I am wondering, will this affect the fishies swimming to the egg? I really feel like it may have and am gutted as was really hoping that we would be successful this month. I am starting to get so down about baby trying and only just started reading this forum and it's a huge relief to see that others are feeling the same.

Hello everyone :) I have not been on here for a while,I was pregnant in 2009 had ectopic one of my tube was taken out,i was not trying to get pregnant after that because i was afraid it might happen again,so did another Laparoscopic to set my heart at eased,things were looking fine my Dr told me, i was trying to get get pregnant again,did'nt work,so went on clamid for a while,off the clamid now for a while,now i started my IVF treatment on march 29,doing the suprefact injections into the skin of the bell ,will do this for a month every day,then move on to another treatment called conal.I really beleive this will work.good luck to all :)

How is the ivf cycle so far? What is conal?
