But, I can see whay you might want to up it because of only having 1 tube. As for dh, I would just ask if April is enough of a break, then you can get started after this round. hello ladies!! i am new to the site. i jsut recently MC 29of feb. me and DH are going to TTC again. we used clomid the first time and it was ok. so know i am jsut waitng for AF to show her big head. i wish much baby dust to you all and gald to join the group of hopeful mommy to be's!!! hi Girls!!!

Hi Ladies.. I am 29 and my husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I have been off the pill(birthcontrol) since August. I was on it for ten years. I had pretty regular periods before i started on the pill. Now 8 months later my periods are not regular. I saw two different dr's both told me to do Clomid. They said I wasn't ovaulating, and would need clomid if i wanted to get pregnant. Any suggestion why after 10 years of the pills i now don't ovaulate? I start the clomid today. Nervouse for twins ( or trips) but desparately want to get preg!

i wouldn't worry too much about multiples on clomid. you only increase your chances for twins by 3-5% and even less for more. as for your irregular periods, if you think about it, you've been on a pill that stops ovulation for 10 years, so your body is pretty much trained to not ovulate. clomid's a really good med. it's worked for me to help me ovulate and if you have any problems with the side effects, you can take it before bed and you'll experience fewer.

Thank you Teddyfinch. I thought so too about being on the pill for so long, but both doctors said that being on the pill should delayed fertility. Only the Depo shot has been proven to do that, and I never took that so who knows. I started the clomid today. 100mg for days 5-9. We will see what takes place when I go for my ultrasound in April 7th. I heard I should try Mucinex.. anyone have tips on that. I heard not to start Mucinex until the day of my last clomid pill. I think?? I am keeping my fingers crossed. GL to all!

for the mucinex, you have to make sure it's the one with only guafinesin as the active ingredient. otherwise it will dry you up. but you take it the day after your last clomid and i would say don't stop taking it until you ovulate or for a couple of days after ovulation. the one i took was the 600mg extended release tablets that you take one twice a day.

hi, its been a while since i've been on. the forum helped alot with support and friends. the webpage has a different look too:) my baby boy is 9 months now, thanks to clomid on the second use!
