Clomid

On 09.09.10 I was diagnosed with PCOS and have not had AF in 4 months. That day my OB started me on clomid. With this being my first round I have no idea when I will ovulate. My DH and I have been trying for a little over a year now and have had 2 m/c's in the process. I was wondering if I would count the day I started the clomid as CD1? since I have not had a cycle in 4 months? The only side effects I had while on the Clomid was hot flashes and my BB's were a little tender but now i feel great...one more week and I get a follie scan.! Hoping and praying for everyone TTC

Thats interesting. He started you on clomid right away with you not having a period in 4 months? I would think he would want to start from scratch...get your period going...then give you clomid.

well this is a first for me i have heard that they put you on something to start your period first then start you on clomid so i really cant say i know they say the first day of bleeding is CD1
