clomid for men??????? HELP

My dh has a low sc and we have gone through several IUI's with no success. I am severely frustrated and frankly losing any kind of hope. I have read somewhere that men can take clomid or hcg to raise sc. Does anyone have any knowledge of this? My re has not mentioned this, but my husband is on the vitamins to increase sc. I think the vitamins have worked, but we still have months where the count is lower than it has ever been. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

hi eden! my dh is currently on clomid. he takes 50 mg a day and i really think that it helps. he is a body builder and lets just say he has taken some things to "enhace" himself and long stiory short he has a zero sperm count now. he has basically shut down his puritary gland. we went to an urologist and they referred him to the endo and they gave him the clomid for 6 months. and then they want to see him again if nothing has improved then they are going to start him on the hcg shots. i have heard great things about clomid and men, but i am still waiting to see.
