Believe it or not, but I've been trying to get pregnant for the past 6 years and have finally decided to get help. I'm starting round two of clomid tomorrow. Hopefully it works this time. I'm 29 and luckily have a child already. He is 7 years old now. He was actually a wonderful surprise, as me and my husband weren't trying for him but weren't exactly trying NOT to have him. We were together for 2 years before I got pregnant. I thought it was odd to not get pregnant after not using any protection for 2 straight years. My husband is okay, his little swimmers got checked out and they are strong. I have irregular cycles and I take thyroid medicine, which I think is keeping me from getting prego. Anyways, does anyone have any advice beyond just using clomid? (i.e. best days to have sex, when to start using O/V kits, is I should use robitussin or musinex and on what days, etc.). We want another child sooo bad! It's really hard since my close cousin just had her second child in only 3 years! I don't hate her though, but being around her newborn makes me want another one very badly. I really hope to get to know some of you out there! Cross your fingers that this round works!

Wanted to add that my first rounds of clomid I had an ultra sound which showed I had one big follicle. Apparently I didn't get prego. During the ultra sound she did say it looked like some wall or something looked thin. I can't remember what she said though. She said it could have been the light that made it look that way. Maybe this is why I didn't get pregnant. Any ideas?
