CHASTEBERRY to bring down prolactin & PCOS

HI did anybody ever try Chasteberry to bring down prolactin levels or for having PCOS? I heard this works and I read up on it and sounds very convincing like it really does work. I don't know anyone on it. I would like to know if there is anyone out there that CHASTEBERRY worked for you to bring your levels down and to get your hormones on the right track to getting pregnant. If this works I think I'd want to try it because isn't it supposed to be a natural remedy for the body.

I used Chasteberry for several months when my cycle was and had been very out of whack for over a year and I was not ovulating. (Wasn't officially diagnosed with PCOS but had strong suspicion that was the problem) My cycles soon became more regular and not long after that I did start back to ovulating. I stopped the Chasteberry and my cycles continued to be more regular and within about four months of stopping the Chasteberry, I got pregnant and I'm now 23 weeks along. It's worth a shot. I'm not saying it will work for everyone but it did the trick for me. Best of luck to you.

Hi Carrie,First of all I'd like to congratulate you. I hope all goes well with your pregnancy.I was wondering what form of the CHASTEBERRY were you taking because I read that there are different forms of it. And how will I know what amount to take. And also where will I be able to find it. Just found out yesterday when I went to the dr. that i do have PCOS. I suspected I did so I asked and he said yes I do. Did you ever have any cyst on your ovaries? Over a period of 5 years I had 3 removed and I am only 24 years old. I have one child and been trying for another but never happened yet. My dr. Put me on clomid and metformin but I wanted to try a more natural approach. I'm not really into all these meds now days with lots of side affects. I'd rather do it as natural as possible.
