Canadian Ladies, anyone have a Successful IVF?

HI I am wondering if anyone in Canada has had a successful IVF that can share their stories with me. I would like to know what to expect for cost, time frame, questions I should ask, what I should look for in a dr., success rates, clinic expectations and a good place to go! I live in Ontario and where I live I would have to travel to Toronto to get any information. Anything that you can let me know would be greatly appreciated! And I would also like to hear any feedback from people not in Canada too. thanks again
