I am not sure if this is a silly question, but how do you know you should have a lap? I have had an hsg and tubes are clear and have had several vaginal ultrasounds that show no signs of abnormalities. I do however have some pelvic discomfort a couple of days after ovulation until af arrives. Sometimes even rectal pressure, all worse after any form of exercise during this time frame. Is this part of cycle or could this be endo?

I just had a laporoscopy on fri (nov.3). The surgery went completely smoothly because my doctor found nothing!! Thats the good news. The only problem i had afterward was with the gas they put in your belly. The next day my boyfriend had to call 911 because i was barely breathing, and when i got to the emergency room they found an extremely large gas bubble lodged between my diaphram and right lung. They say it takes a couple of days for the gas to leave the body and im still waiting (its been 3 days). I have had 3 panic attacks because its difficult to breathe since saturady at the E.R. Overall i would say that the surgery itself was very easy. I had no discomforts and still dont from my incisions. The gas is the only discomfort, i think.
