My husband and I have been trying for a few years to get prengnant. This past year we have been going to a specialist who has been doing lots of tests on us to see why we haven't been able to get pregnant on our own. I found out yesterday that i have edrometrial polyps and my doctor feels they should be removed. I have been referred to another specialist who will make the final decision if they will come out. If the polyp interferes with the egg and sperm, it may make it hard to get pregnant. Has anyone out there ever had this? If so, were you able to conceive after the removal of the polpys?

Hi everybody!!.. i have polycystic ovarian syndrome.. So i've no periods for 10 months... and yes i have been having unprotected sex w/ my b/f.. well recently i have been wiping light blood,(like when i used to have periods) and stomach cramps, and my breasts hurt, and i threw up 2 times the other day... could i be pregnant?? THANK YOU!

HELLO ALL. I POSTED BEFORE ABOUT MIDCYCLE BLEEDING. NEW PROBLEM. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE STILL TRYING ND WAITING UNTIL THE 17TH TO SEE IF AF COMES, BUT THE INSIDE OF MY VAGINA WALLS AND MY CERVIX IS VERY TENDER. WE HAVENT HAD SEX FOR A FEW DAYS AND IT IS STILL VERY SORE. ( WE ARE BOTH FREE OF STD'S) ON THE AVERAGE WE HAVE SEX 5-9 TIMES A WEEK AND I HAVE NEVER HAD this problem before. any suggestions? anyone else experience this around cycle day 23-25? let me know. good luck to all ttc.

It is nice to read all the postings and to know I am not alone. I have noticed a couple of important questions that no one really had gotten a response on. I too am ttc and have these same issues. Does the ovulatory bleeding (if that is what it is) keep from the sperm reaching the egg? My dr. told me it could be ovulatory bleeding but other times says it's possible I did not ovulate. Has anyone actually gotten pregnant w/having the ovulatory bleeding? And also, if you do bleed, I have seen that it means ovulation occusr before and after the bleeding. Any suggestions on when to "try" during the bleeding phase? It has been a year for me and my period is different every month...how does one deal with this irregularity?

katie, i am having the same problem, i just weaned my 13 mnth old son a couple of weeks ago and trying to concieve, haven't had a normal period yet but brown spotting took preg tests all neg, i read that it is normal to spot in early stages of pregnancy, i read also that a women who has breastfed for that length of time usually ovulates before return of period?? don't know if pregnant or not?

I also have PCOS, and am trying to get pregnant, I am on 1500mg of Metformin, chlomid tablets, progestrone pills, and estrogen, and I am usually pretty regular on my cycle, and I was due to start on the 17th, and it is now the 28th, I do have pregnancy symptoms, but I'm not sure if they are because of all the fertility meds I am on. any advice?

I have been off of the birth control patch for almost three months. My first cycle was late and the second one started on time. However, 15 days after my cycle I began to have ovulation bleeding. I have purchased the Ovulite and it did not indicate that I was ovulating during this time. Reading over the previous answers, I will continue to monitor my ovulation and see if I do ovulate after this bleeding episode. I never knew getting pregnant was going to be a science experiment. It has been good to join this forum and see that other women are experiencing this.

Wow, I'm amazed at how common this is! My partner and I have just decided to TTC and had our first 'experience' only yesturday. Just before we had sex he said he had a really good feeling that it was going to happen for us, this morning (12 hours after sex) I woke up and felt different. A bit crampy, bloated, swollen breasts. A few hours ago I started to spot pink watery stuff, nothing major, can hardly see it and there's practically nothing there. At first I thought I was getting my period, but now I'm convinced that we conceived and it's ovulation bleeding....
I'll keep you informed, I'll be testing in about a week.

Wow, I never realized how many women suffer with mid-cycle bleeding! DH and I have been ttc for about 14 months now, with no success. About 8 months ago I started a new work out routine, and I noticed that I started to get midcyle bleeding whenever I worked out. It will be mixed with my ewcm and it is bright red, lasting for about 12 hours after I finish working out. Then it turns to brown. I still get the mid-cycle bleeding every month. I was concerned so my dr gave me an u/s and they said my ovaries and uterus are normal with no polyps. Dh got checked out too, and he got a clean bill of health. I can't figure out what the problem could be. I've tried ovulation kits, temping, preseed, robitussin etc, but still nothing. I can't help but think that the bleeding is causing me not to get pregnant, but the dr. doesn't think they two are related. Does anyone else have a similar story, or suggestion for me?

On Sat., (cd16), at like 4 am, I went to the bathroom after coming in from a club and I had blood when I wiped, not a lot, just enough for the tissue and wasn't anything after that. I had sex just in case b/c I don't know if I was ovulating. Here's my question: When you see this blood, did I ovulate ALREADY, am I ovulating RIGHT THEN, or am I ABOUT to ovulate? I hope I didn't confuse anyone as dumb as it sounds. I'm pretty sure it's ov bleeding b/c I have a 32 day cycle and have a luteal phase of about 14-15 days. Next period is due 5/16.

hi, i;m having spotting and more recently bleeding on CD14-16. this is my 2nd cycle after a miscarriage in March. i took it as a sign of ovulation, my CM looked right, and we bd'd every night this week. seeing actual blood is freaking me out though - maybe it's also because i am running every day?

I have o bleedign every cycle that's how I know I O and I asked my dr/ about it and she said it is normal that it's just some spotting from the egg breaking out of the ovary. I spot every month.

Well, I am new here, I had my period two weeks ago, but it was a three day period, i would bleed one day and then it would stop, and start up the next and so on.. I am Ovulating, and bleeding, I just started this on Sunday...I started freaking out...but after reading all these answers...I am starting to think I have the same problem...I took a pregnancy test monday...and it was Nevgative, I thought that was weird, because my stomach is getitng bigger and so is my chest, and I dont ever gain any weight unless I am pregnant...My Fiance thinks the same thing...I was wondering, what is going on, why is my stomach and chest getting bigger?
