Hi Ladies!

I am having my first consulation with an acupunturist tomorrow. I am actually excited. :-) He told me - with all humility - "I have quite a few babies under my belt." He mostly does acup prior to IVF but he also treats a host of ailments.
I will let you know what he prescribes.

Great news about the scan! I'm sure everything will go well. Yes the acupuncture has improved my general well being, I'm much calmer, more energy and sleep better.

Accupuncture was responsible for amazing results for me and friends of mine who were ttc for years! I had one friend who went the entire medical route, nothing worked after years, and she was told to look into an egg donor because she would never get pregnant. I told her to give my Chinese dr. a try because he really helped me when I couldn't become pregant (I was pregnant after 2 cycles on accupuncture and herbs, and had a healthy baby). So, my friend went to him and was pregnant within about 2 months! She had almost given up all hope!! She had a healthy daughter about a year ago. I think accupuncture is amazing for women who are ttc and having trouble. It's totally safe with no side effects, too, and not very expensive. My Chinese doc is $50. a session and $6. for a 2 week herb supply. Good luck!!

Hi Ciara ... Great to hear your scan went well. Also glad that it's just nausea for you. Rest well. Soon you'll be in 2nd trimester in a blink of an eye. Though hard but try not to worry to much.
