BFP after period like cramping after IVF?!?!?HELP!

Hello all,
I haven't been on this forum in quite some time but now really need some advice or encouraging words.
I went through an ER on June 13th and then did a 5 day transfer on June 18th. I am experiencing period like cramps and lower back pain. I know that progesterone will mimic these symptoms but I'm starting to freak out! I'm so scared that this didn't work. I only test on July 4th and that feels a lifetime away. I'm so tempted to hy an HPT but then I'm terrified of getting a negative and being down about it. Please let me know if this has happened to any of you and if you got a BFP after having these same pains.

chorona- pms symptoms and early pregnancy symptoms tend me to be exact due to the elevated progesterone levels that occur after ovulation, or from implantation. I know it is next to impossible to not evaluate ever symptom, but take a deep breath. It could all be implantation cramps, as your AF would not be due for at least a week.

Relax, and in the meantime, I am going to try and take my own advice next week when I am at the second half of my post IUI two week wait.
