Hi All, DH and I did a day 5 transfer of 1 blastocyst and 2 morulae today. I'd love to have some company in my tww. A little history about us. It's been a long haul (coming up on 5 years), with several failed IUIs and an IVF. Last June I had a hysteroscopy and laproscopic surgery which confirmed I had endometriosis and that a fibroid at the fundus (the tip - the optimal place for implantation!) that was contorting my uterus. In August I had an abdominal myomectomy to remove a few fibroids. We thought we'd do IVF in Oct/Nov but wouldn't you know I had a uterine cyst! Had that dealt with but decided to take some time off and wait until the new year to start IVF. FINALLY started injections in the beginning of March (325 iu Gonal-f, 150 iu Luveris and then orgalutron/ovidrel). We triggered last Tuesday (March 22) and did the retrieval on Thursday. We got 12 follicles! 10 fertlized, we had 8 embryos in the 6-cell stage 3dpr, but only one blastocyst today. . We transfered one blastocyst and 2 morulae. At this point it doesn't seem like we'll have any to freeze, they were all morulae at this point and RE isn't confident they'll develop further- we'll know for sure tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
