Anyone have huge cysts, but got pregnant?

I have huge cysts due to PCOS. I was wondering if anyone else had cysts before, but got pregnant without meds? How long did it take you to conceive? My RE won't put me on clomid because I already have big cysts. They are waiting for them to go down before starting me on it. Anyone get pregnant with my condition? Thanks-
