Hi All ... I bought Taking Charge of Your Fertility today, and haven`t been able to put it down, it even came with the software to do the whole charting thing ... wow, I have so much more hope now, the info in that book is really empowering. For the first time since realizing conceiving may not be as easy as the first time, I am looking forward to seeing my cycle play out, still really looking forward to that temp rise! I would recommend that book to anyone, it even teaches you how to avoid pregnancy, which is handy instead of using other methods that may not be so friendly to the body ... well, going to go read some more, I`ll check in again tomorrow morning. Good night and happy bd`ing!

Hi girls ... well, now on CD 7, boy is time ever going slowly ... I keep telling myself not to think about things so much, but it's hard, I find that since charting for the first time this month is making things seem even slower. I don't even have any sign of any CM yet. How about everyone else, any impending signs of O yet?

Hope - March 20

Hello everyone, Its good to have so many buddies:). Welcome to all and wish this is the luckiest thread and we all get our BFPs! I am on cd12 and waiting to take an opk today sometime afternoon. Don't feel any EWCM till now. For last two days, i have getting very very faint lines on OPKs, hope to get a dark one soon. Meanwhile, DH and I are leaving nothing to chance this month given my erratic cycles and BDind atleast every other day..:)

Katt - March 20

i went to take my test and realized, crap my hubby has to that sperm count thing - what timing. May miss the boat this month :(

Hi ladies. I am on cd 13. I did opk yesterday and it looked positive. I took another opk today and it was negative but I feel like I am ovulating. I have that "pinch" feeling. Kinda like a cramp. I use the opk where it has to have 2 dark lines. We are BD like we should anyways. This is the part of the month I find most confusing. Babydust!

Hope - March 20

Hi Katt, wish you all the best for your hubby's test, hope all will be fine as before..I hope your timing and the test timing do not clash after all and you get all the BDing done at right time;)

Hope - March 20

Dear wannabeamom, you are likely to ovulate 24-48 hrs after getting a +ve opk. So it seems your hunch is right and you are ovulating..be sure to BD three days in a row including the day you get positive opk, then you can take one day break after three consecutive days and then bd once more day..just in case. Here is a lot of babydust for you..

Hi ladies. Sorry its been awhile. Just been busy. Today is CD16, 4-dpo. I hate the 2WW. AF should come around the 29th or 30th of next week so hopefully the time will go by fast. Although, today has seemed to be the slowest one in a really long time. ANDREA21: I bought a 1 month supply of Ovulex, but have not used it as of yet. I was thinking of waiting this month out since it took awhile to come in the mail this month. I decided that if AF comes that I will probably skip a month of trying as to avoid the whole Christmas baby thing and then try the Ovulex to help with the following month. Anyhow, nothing quite new here. <<<BABY DUST>>>

Hi everyone! My DH and I have been ttc for less than a year. I am on CD13 and took Clomid 100mg Cd3-7 . I also had an HSG on CD7. My doctor called me today to tell me I have a polyp in my unterus, a small one and we should get it out of there because it could interfere with implantation. He wants to wait until my next cycle so they can do it early in the cycle as to no take any chances of hurting a possible pregnancy. I just want to get it over with! I should be ovulating any day now. This my second month on Clomid and I O'd on CD13 last time! Any way as far as my tubes, they are clear, good news!

tonia - March 21

Has anyone else had an HSG?

LeslieK - March 21

hello ladies: I'm getting a bit anxious this month, I am on CD21 and still getting a high sign on my CBFM but never a peak, but my temperatures have risen starting about 8 days ago. I wonder if you can ovulate and not have it register on the monitor? Hmm...anybody else had this happen before? Tonia- I have had an HSG test done, back in December. It wasn't as bad as I had heard it can be. I took some codeine before though, as my DH took me to the appointment. I thought the internal ultrasound was much worse. That made me cramp quite a bit. But it was nothing truly painful, just uncomfortable. The test showed that I have one blocked tube, so it seems like it will take us a little bit longer to conceive. Let me know if I can tell you more about the test. Baby dust to all *~*~*~*

Good Morning Ladies ... what a pleasant group we have here, don't you all think? Anyway, I'm now on CD 8 ... time is going as slowly as molasses on a cold day ... and it's hard to stay patient. Bluejada.uk ... don't know where you could get a copy in the U.K. (assuming that's where you are :-) ... in Canada it's called Chapters and in the U.S. it's Borders, but any book store will carry it I'm sure. You'll love it! Lately I've been thinking about if I would consider meds or more drastic procedures to get pregnant, I'm not sure if I would, it's difficult because considering I conceived so easily the first time, I often wonder why it's taking so long this time, and I keep reading about the whole age factor, I'm only 32 but I've basically read that you should be finished baby making by this point, which is a bit of a downer, and I'm not even sure if I believe that ... my maternal Grandmother conceived five children between the ages of 41 to 48, with no medical intervention at all - it's strange how our bodies can be so different, but the same. Lately I've been feeling a bit let down by my body, but who knows what this month will bring now that I started charting, I think that I fell into the myth that we all ovulate on the 14th day, which I know now is NOT true. Been considering picking up an OPK, just for extra confirmation, but I've heard good and bad things about them. I think that I'll try anyway :-). Sorry about all the rambling, better get to work now, will check in again tonight, hope that you all have a fabulous day!!!! Baby dust!!!
