After Prometrium, what to expect?

Baby Dust to all the women ttc.! I just finished my 12 days of prometrium and I feel like hell!! I'm having excruciating pelvic pain and pain shooting down my arm every couple of minutes. Is this normal? I don't want to call my doctor yet because it may just be something minor but I want to know if anybody else who used this medication had any after effect. While on it, I was perfectly okay and now all this!!! Should i expect something more worse than what I;m feeling right now? I'm supposed to start Clomid in the next couple of days but I'm scared of these symptoms.
