AF 2 weeks late with 3 BFN's

AF was normal from june to july being 29 days apart....then went from 29 days to 38 days long which is when i started sept 2nd....its now oct 14 and no sign of AF...the last HPT i took was from dollar general on saturday oct11th and was a BFN...i checked my cervix for the 1st time even and it seems fairly high and firmly closed...i dont think i ever ovulated this cycle due to not ever seeing any CM....anyone experience something like this before and wat was ur turn-out? thnx in advance and baby dust to all :::::
