A question about IVF treatments

I have had an IVF cycle and did get pregnant. My question is, has anyone had an IVF treatment and had cyst on there overies from it? I'm in my 20th week and the cyst still have not gone away and can be very painful at times due to them leeking. My doctor said that it's most likley that I will have to have a c-section so he can remove the cyst at the same timeof the delivery. I guess I'm just seeing if anyone else has gone through this?
