Trying to Quit Smoking and Fertility Treatment

I am supposed to start my fertility treatment the end of January. This will be my second IVF--first time failed in October. Anyway, I have been smoking off and on for years. I just started taking Chantix today and since it is a 12 week course of treatment, I will still be taking it in the end of January.

Was wondering if this will have an effect on the fertility medication?
