progesterone cream question, dealing with this and only 20!

ok, for over 2 years my fiance and i have been having unprotected sex and got pregnant twice, the last one was over a year ago. i have been pregnant 3 times and all have ended in m/c before 8 weeks. all of my symptoms and issues point to estrogen dominance. is it safe to us eprogesterone cream without discussing it with my doctor? and has anyone used it with positive results? thanks for your advise
