information on dialysis patients having babies ?

hi, i'm 24 and I been on dialysis since i was 13 and i was wondering is it possible for a dialysis patient to conceive ? I dotn have periods, I might get one like maybe once a year or every two years and it'll last for about 1 day so is there anyone one with information ?
