Does anyone know how long it takes to implant? I heard about 3 days. My husband and I just started trying this past Friday (4/8/05). When should I test?

My husband and I concieved on 4/2/05 and I tested positive the night of 4/14. I took the 4 day sooner test. If your HCG levels are elevating at the same rate, that would make you able to test 4/20. I f the test is neg. try 3-5 days later.
