if i am not mistaken, think it is supposed to help increase your amount of EWCM. i heard it taste awful so good luck to all who wanted to try it and to all ladies who are TTC.

it does help because grapefruit juice has an alkalizing effect once digested, this helps with the consistency of the cervical mucus. you should also try carrot juice, it's less acidic than grapefruit juice.

the most natural remedy for increasing cervical mucus is to simply drink a lot of
water throughout the day. yes citrus juices can help but it's acidic enough to hurt
your stomach.
