Fibroid Removal by Laproscopy

i was having subserous myomo i.e.above uterus of 5cm and removed by lap and cleared all the tissues attached together with overies and tubes.is there chance to get pregnant ?if anybody has same problem and get sucess?please advice.

i have endometriosis. a 4-5 cm cyst on right ovary was removed with endometriosis by lap. the doctor says my chances of getting pregnant are higher now 75% chance. my sister had fibroids removed from uterus and got pregnant after about 6 months
