I have a few questions about Fertilaid. Does anybody have problems with menstrual like cramping? I'm having it and not sure if it's the Fertilaid. I have PCOS and never have a period on my own. I've been on Fertilaid for about 18 days with no cycle yet. Also, how can you tell if it's working or not? I have no cycle so I'm not sure when the start of my cycle would be to take my tempature to check for ovulation. Any advice would be great!
