I had an ultrasound on D11 of my first round of letrozole & had two follicle measuring 1.2 & 2.0. I never had a positive OPK. I went in today for an ultrasound & dr. said that the dominant follicle never matured & released. Is this likely to happen every month. I am starting my second round of letrozole.
