Diet and Fertility are linked

Many studies show that there is a clear link between diet and fertility. Health issues cannot be solved with a one-pronged approach. If you are seeking medication, it should also be coupled with a healthy diet. As a holistic health counselor, I work with my clients to improve their diets and I particularly like working with women pre-pregnancy. Pregnancy is vital point in a woman's life to better the way they eat and live. I offer free health consultations if anyone is interested in finding out how they can better their diet and receive the support to do so.

How is your diet? Has anyone here experienced the benefits of improving their diet?

Good topic!

I think I have benefited by improving my weight. I was actually a little on the low side for my height. I weighed anywhere between 105-115lbs throughout the years due to a stressful marriage. I hardly ate, and when I did it was crap. My stress caused my cycles to be all over the place and I even went three months without a period. Thankfully I am in a new relationship now, new job and so many things have changed. My boyfriend is a great cook and he feeds me every night (haha, home cooked-meals. I put on 15 lbs and I am at the weight I was when I was a teenager..a healthy 130 pounds. So instead if a size 0-3, I am wearing a size 5-6. Everyone always tells me how good I look now =). My cycles have regulated themselves...not so crazy anymore. I am also taking pre-natal pills. So I am praying these are all the changes I need to get pregnant. Oh..I also have started walking...some..and plan to kick it up a notch with bicycling.
