Cysts?

I miscarried on September 17th and during the ultrasound they found that I have cysts on both of my ovaries. I just had a follow up ultrasound today to see if they went away....but they haven't. It has been almost 2 months and they are still there. Does anyone know if cysts affect ovulation? I'm wondering if my first pregnancy just happened as a flook and I am going to have a hard time getting pregnant again. Could the cysts have anything to do with the miscarriage?

i know women with cyst or PCOS have greater chance of miscarriage and treatment is faster between the age of 20 to 30...so good luck keep your fingers crossed
