Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me with BBT charting. This is my first month charting and I an confused. My temp was 36.5 up to (5 dpo) it went down to 36.4 (8 dpo) then up again to 36.8 (9 dpo) and now is 36.5 (13 dpo) my cover line is 36.2 so the temps are still above. I was wondering is it possible to have a decrease in BBT after a triphasic rise (i think that is what it is called) and still be pregnant?

Hi there,
I am wondering the same thing. Before ovulation my temp was between 36.1-36.5 then after ovulation it's been a steady 36.8 and yesterday 9dpo it shifted to 37.0 and this morning 36.9. Could this mean I am pregnant?
