Womb defects.

Ive just been told that I have some kind of womb defect. The doctors don't know yet what it is or how serious it is or will get and I'm really scared what they will find. I have many of the symptoms of lots infertility conditions and though I'm only 16 it would break my heart to find out I may not be able to conceive or carry a child. Please help, I'm trying to stay positive, but I can't stop thinking the worst at timesx
