I have PCOS and I was on Clomid and always had to have somethign to start my period for me. I also had a friend that suddenly after her miscarriage started having problems getting a period and had to get her periods induced every month. she was actually told that since she wasn't getting her period herself that she wasn't ovulating and they were going to put her on Clomid because it has been known to regulate periods in some people. She wasn't trying to get pregnant and didn't think she could, but when she went in and was talking to her doctor about Clomid, she found out she was actually pregnant and randomly ovulated after having her period induced. My doctor told me that i codu wait to try to get my period on my own between clomid doses, but i always get mine induced because sometimes i go up to 5 months between periods!
