i was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease or PID just about when i decided to get pregnant. my gyne told me that PID can damage falopian tube, uterus and ovaries enough to cause infertility. this makes me really sad. i wanted to know if there is still a chance for me to conceive.

actually it's a serious condition. it will do more help if you get treated rather than thinking of the damage or result it would cause.

agree! treatment won't undo any damage in your reproductive system but it will save you from other complications.

-it is still possible to get pregnant but you will be at risk of ectopic
pregnancy. many ectopic pregnancy are due to problems from PID.
