Chlamydia just diagnosed. Might be infertile ;'( plese help

I found ot that i may be infertile as the doc thinks i have chlamydia. I might be infertile because i have had it for a long time possibly 3 months. The bacteria wrecks your tubes and can cause ectopic preg's. Dp and i have been trying for 6 months and doing everything by the book! Now i feel that it's all over and i don't know who to talk to or where to go. DP is at work and he doesnt even know yet . Please help

cant believe i even have this! I thought it was really bad but apparently its really common and easily treatable with antibiotics but i dont know wot to do
