im having surgery(diagnostic laparoscopy) in two weeks

Hi! I'm going to be having a diagnostic laparoscopy in two weeks. I am very nervous about it. Actually my worst fear is being put to sleep. Anyways has anyone had this done and had success getting pregnant. I've been trying for two years. I've tired clomid for four months. I had a hsg in november and found out that my left tube is blocked. They tested my husband and he was fine. So what would be my chances of getting pregnant? I'm too the point where I wanna give up!!
