this chat room seems to be for only 4 maybe 5 people. I came to this room for support and i was totally ignored as well as others who have posted a question or concern once or twice. So people please try to be more supportive of the other people who come to this room. |

I think that we all need to be hear for each other!! And if someone have experienced a situations, and others have not, then it's hard to give input if you don't know much about it!! It's nothing against anyone! We all need to keep are heads up and not take it personal! We need to be positive and not so darn negative. Keep your heads up, and live for today! OXOXO |

Tracy- Thanks for asking about me. I've been keeping a low profile this cycle, as I'm trying not to think so much about it. Yes, we've done the 2nd IUI (on July 5), so I'm in the waiting game again. We used the same donor sperm as the previous cycle. The first cycle I never detected my Lh surge with the OPKs, so they did an u/s and gave me an hCG shot. This time, however, I DID detect my surge (on the 4th of July), and had the IUI on the 5th, the next day. I'm cautiously optimistic, since everything seemed to work the way it was supposed to this month. I haven't really felt any physical symptoms, except for some mild cramping on Sunday, 5 days post IUI, which, according to my chart, was Implantation Day (let's hope)! Of course, I could have felt it because I knew that's what the chart said. Who knows! Keep your fingers crossed. How are you, and how is everyone else doing? |

I found this great website I wanted to share. Fertilityplus.com Go into Table of Contents, under "Advanced Fertility Issues" click on "IUI Faq". There's other areas to check out too that may be of interest! |

I need to vent alittle. I am tired of everone at work showing me their pictures of babies. It is not like they don't know what i am going thru. The one is pregnant and keeps telling me all about her pregnancy. Is it just me or does anyone else feel like screaming. I know one of these days I will just snap. I want a child more than anything in the world and there is always that this may not happen. Everytime I think of anything close to a baby, see a baby, or even just walk past the baby clothes in the Walmart isle, my eyes get teary. What is happening to me? Am I going crazy or does anyone else feel this way? Bad thing is that I am not on any hormones right now. Sorry for being so long, but I needed to vent to people who understand. Thanks. |

Tracy - You're NOT crazy, and I'm sure you echo what a lot of us have felt or will feel at some point!!! My mom has even made jokes about my struggle to have a baby and expects me to laugh! Psycho!!!!! |

I just started af, and will be having a third IUI done this month. I had an HSG xray this month as well. Hoping it helps! I am blessed with a 17 month old son. The IUI worked the first time with him 2 years ago, so I am praying it works for us again. This is a great website, especially for the waiting game that we all seem to be in. Does anyone else seem to have heavier periods after taking fertility drugs and HCG injections? Mine have been awful! Just curious. |

I was suppose to get AF yesterday. The first two IUI's I had my period 13 days past IUI. Has anyone had this happen? I tested negative so I am pretty sure I am not pregnant, but why is my AF late? I thought with the injectibles your cycle was the same each time. Any insight would be great? I did travel to Colorado? |

Ashley - Did you do an hpt or did the doc actually do the test? |

Kathy, Sharmila - Thanks for the response. At least now I know I am not alone or crazy. Sharmila - I will pray for you because I know what it will be like for me after 2 more cycles, only choice will be adoption also. The cost for donor IUI is just way tooooo expensive. So you are in my prayers and I hope things go right, keep positive thoughts. |
