Just checking in... waiting to hopefully get a positive OPK!! I haven't had any pain or anything weird happen, I had a hot flash in the middle of the night last night, but that's all.... Amanda, any luck O'ing yet?

Hi amanda everything is going good here not having any more cramping but my cm is still feeling like eggwhites...welcome gabby i also have pcos and do not ovulate im on the same dose of metformin as you and i also had to take clomid days 5-9 the only thing that really got to me was the hot flashes they sucked i had some cramping but not too much and i had a headache one day but nothing to major oh yeah and if you are emotional at all you may be a little weepy i was terrible i thought my husband was gonna lose it but he was there for me the entire time which i was greatful for well talk to you all soon Amanda be safe with Katrina coming along my inlaws are all waiting it out in Alabama i was watching the news yesterday and it said that Katrina was going to hit somewhere between the florida panhandle and louisiana instead of saying alabama i just had to laugh.....good luck everyone and lots of baby dust to all !!!!!!!!!!

A question for all of you...I have had fairly regular cycles for the last 10 m....Do you know if Clomid will change the length of my cycle? Or can I predict that I will ovulate when I normally ovulate? Your help would be appreciated. Also, have you Clomid ladies been getting eggwhite cm? I heard that Clomid can dry you out. Hope all is well with everyone. Thanks.

How long have you been taking the Metformin---has anyone ovulated on their own with the only the Metformin treatment---what about Metformin coupled with Clomid. I took 50 mg of Clomid for the first time this month and did not respond--at least not yet. They told me I had PCOS--don't know what next step should be.

To the PCOS lady, If you have not responded on the 50mg of clomid then ask your dr if you can take 100mg that should start something.And if that doesn't work ask him about alt ovul. drugs. If he doesn't have any answsers then you may want to look for a different DR. But if this is your first month then he may want you to go a couple more cycles to see what happens, but I would ask him about the dosage first. Baby dust and good luck. Gabby

Hi everyone! I'm on cd13 and OPK tests are coming back negative. I am having slight cramping (very mild).I never thought I'd be excited to have cramps. So far, nothing yet for me. Since this is my 1st month as well they aren't doing much to monitor me which is frustrating. Good luck!

Hello everyone, well I wanted to update you gals on my progress. I am now cd8, just finishing my last pill on yesterday. A little cramps, but everything seems okay. I know it is very soon for me to ov, I think I have another week. My dh will be in Chile until Sept.3, so he will be coming home just in time. So we will bd from that time until after ov. I will let you all know.

To the PCOS lady i have been on metformin since june 27 i didnt ovulate with just that so my dr had to put me on prometrium and clomid the prometrium to start my period cause i was not having it and the clomid to make me ovulate which i believe i did but i dont know cause i never have before....my cm was like eggwhites for two days even on the clomid i dont know that everyone has the same reactions to it though mine did not dry out well good luck to everyone and baby dust to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been on prometrium for 12 days to start my period. Today was the last day. I am starting clomid this week on days 3-7. Then I will take estradiol "(my dr said this will help the drying that clomid causes
) then I will take prochieve. I have pcos and trying to concieve baby #2. Anyone else tied or trying this method?

Hey Everyone, Just checking in. I have been out of town since last Sun. for a conference for work. I am now
8 dpo and having a liitl bit of tingling in my breast. I have been getting frustrated so easily. My temps are still good and I had some twinges on my right and left sides on 6dpo. I am praying that this was implantation. I really do have faith this month that we will get pregnant. I am trusting 100% in GOD and if it doesn't happen this month, we will try again. I think I am going to test on Thurs. or Fri. I hope every one is doing good. Baby dust to all !!!!!

Hey edy!!! good luck have you been feeling bloated?? i have ... i think i ovulated on the 25th and 26th... and have been having cramps ... but today and part of yesterday i have been feeling bloated.. like im on my period...any one else feeling this way????? thanks everyone... baby dust to all!!!

I felt a little bloated on Monday which was 2dpo but I am thinking it may have been from the HCG shot. Is this your 1st month on Clomid? Good Luck and Baby dust to all !!!

Hey edy... yes it is my first month on clomid... i finished taking it on tuesday which was the 23rd... I wonder when i can take a blood pregnancy test and find out if i am or not?? do u know when is the soonest that you can find out... to check the hcg levels?? any one know?? thanks soo much

Amanda, If you did not take HCG trigger shot you should be able to have a blood test on 10 dpo. What cd day are you on and have you OV'd yet or do you know. All of this gets so technical and confusing sometimes. Hope this helped!!!

Hi ladies! I'm just back from an outdoor adventure trip, and what a hoot! Even though I've been moving all weekend, I feel all realaxed. It took my mind off of ttc for a couple days too! Amanda sure hope Katrina is treating your area nicely. Looks like is a bit west of you, but then the places to the east get all the bad thunderstorms. I'm up in Atlanta area BTW. We are expecting some Katrina T-storms later today. Today, I feel bloated, which I felt all weekend. I was having quite bad constipation (sorry if tmi) this weekend. It was so bad, I couldn't walk around too well on Sunday, though that could be from the adventuring on Saturday. I remember last month I felt bloated for about a week after ov, then it got better. Every cycle is different with me, though, so I wonder what this one will bring? -kelly

hey edy.. well no hcg shot this month .. if it doesnt work this month then ill have one next month ... im on cd15 i think i ovulated on cd11 and cd12...what do u mean 10dpo?? whats does dpo mean .. i want to think it means days past ovulation??? is that correct... hey kellyn .. i have been feeling bloated!!! and katrina missed us.. we are going to get rain and alittle wind ... but that is it... take care everyone and baby dust to everyone
