Hi everyone! It sounds like some of you haven't had many side effects either w/ the Clomid. Today was my final pill & I'm on cd7. I've only had a few hot flashes nothing more. I'm only on 50mg. Good Luck!! Please keep updating everyone. This is giving me hope & I don't feel so alone! =)

Ah! I'm just back from a couple days vacation. I'm getting all geared up for my u/s tomorrow (to look at my follicles and see if the clomid worked) then the IUI on Thursday! I'm really looking forward to that, and seeing what it is like. They will give me a hcg shot tomorrow after my u/s to make sure I ovulate within the next two days. I finished my last clomid on Saturday, and last night I was still getting mild hot flashes. I had a couple of headaches, but who knows if that was the clomid or just stress. I did get a lot of wierd feelings in my ovaries. My right side feels kind of bloated. I wonder if that is where the biggest follicles will be this time? Guess I'll find out tomorrow! Hello everyone... Today is my last day of Clomid. I have had some side effects (I think) such as mild hot flashes and depressed mood on day 3. Tomorrow I am scheduled for an HSG. Has anyone ever heard of the HSG interfering with ovulation on Clomid? Wondering if I just got bad info from someone. Hope everyone is staying optimistic...I'm trying but am struggling.

Hello Everyone, mind if I join. I am on cd3, with day1 of Clomid. This is my 3rd round. Hoping that this is the cycle for a BFP. I plan to OPK test, something that I have not been doing, that probably why I haven't been successful. Hello KellyN, (Paula from Buddies). Will keep you all updated on my progress. I have been very fortunate not to experience any real s/e from the Clomid. Sending baby dust to everyone!!

Good morning everyone! I'm on cd9.I finished my last pill 2 days ago. Did anyone have any symptoms after the last pill? What did you feel? I don't feel anything & am starting to worry? Kelly-how was your u/s? Heather

Hi everyone how is everyone doing im on cd 11 and im feeling pretty good today my temp dropped almost and entire degree today so i hope that means something is going right we will see amanda im doing ok havent heard from you in a few days i wasnt home or online yesterday i havent been on since sunday well i will talk to you all soon good luck and babydust to all !!!!!

Hi ladies!! I am just about to leave for my u/s and hcg shot. Feeling a little nervous. I hope I have good follicle production this month. I've been feeling kind of bloated and my right side ovary is feeling big. Hopefully that is because of the follicle production. Hope everyone is doing well. Anyone else scheduled for an u/s to monitor their follicles soon?? -kelly

Hey everyone!! I'm back and feel pretty good after my u/s. The doc showed me 5 follicles on the u/s. The biggest ones are on my right side which explains why I feel almost bloated on that ovary today. They gave me the hcg shot - yowee! And sent me home with a cup for dh for tomorrow. They say the IUI will take about 2 hours of my time tomorrow. They will make me rest for about 45 minutes before the procedure, then the procedure won't take long, then I have to stay lying down for 1/2 hour longer. Amanda good luck with your u/s tomorrow!!! 5 Follicles--WOW, that's great. How many follicles did you have last month and what was your Clomid dosage then? Are you on any other meds for the PCOS?

Last month I took 100 mg clomid for cd 5-9 and got 7 follicles. Unfortunately, I found out the clomid "dries me out" = no ewcm = no pg. That's why this month I will need to do IUI. I am also taking avandia, a diabetic drug for the pcos, and the doc put me on a prescription prenatal. I am also trying to eat more organic stuff and veggies, since that will help the pcos.
