Julie - September 27th, 2005 4:43 PM

Just wanted to give an update... I met with the new dr. today and I am going in for a HSG next Tuesday. My husband is having a sperm analysis and I will then have a transvaginal ultrasound as well.. Hopefully all is ok but she wants to check this stuff first before I continue with the Clomid..

Amanda - September 28th, 2005 1:04 PM

Kerri.... have you had any pregnancy signs????? let us know what the results from the blood test say!!! take care

Julie A. - September 28th, 2005 1:56 PM

Kerri- Congrats! I'm on clomid too and am curious how did you know when you ovulated? an OPK?? And, like Amanda, I'm wondering if you had any symptoms?

Kerri - September 29th, 2005 8:40 AM

Blood test came back +..so that's good. I did use OPK and temps to know when I O. I didn't O until cd 31---we bd cd 28, cd30, cd31, and at lunch on cd32. Dh drank caffine before most bd b/c he was told he had low sperm count and caffine is supposed to help them get to the egg faster--I also read on a post somewhere that pineapple helps implantion so yep, I ate pineapple 7-12dpo....don't know if there is any truth behind it but I was willing to try anything. Did lots and lots of praying! I began taking Mefformin for PCOS the day after I O'd. Soon after I O'd, I felt small bloating only on the right side for about 5 days, then a tight pulling sensation on my lower left side---was very thirsty and in a great mood, and nothing sounded good to eat. That's unusal for me...I usually had PMS 5 days before AF and I like food! At 12dpo my temp went up higher than any previous month, but it wasn't really triphasic...I was pretty sure then that I was pregnant but wanted to wait until 15dpo before testing. Now my breasts are sore thru the day and I only feel bloated after 5....oh yeah, and lots of gas too! I hope this helps and I know everyone's time will come soon! Glad to hear that your pregnancy is going well Heather!

Gina - September 29th, 2005 5:39 PM

Kerrie, Good to hear that the blood test came back positive!! Also, thansk for the info! I thought i ovulated a few days ago ( had +opk) but i was reading clomid can give false positives when you test a few days after so i think it was wrong =(. Im back to waiting for 0 right now. Im on cd 16 right now and temps are still low. Again congrats to kerri and heather!

Mega - September 29th, 2005 5:43 PM

Kerri, Congrats! Have a healthy & happy 9 months. That's great. I love reading success stories. And same to you, Heather! That always gives us other Clomid users hope.

Heather - September 30th, 2005 12:47 PM

Kerri-I have a ton of gas too. It's crazy! My breasts are also a little sore & I'm extremely lazy. I'm not complaining though. Good luck everyone!

Amanda - September 30th, 2005 1:57 PM

Hey everyone just wanted to give an update... i am 8dpo and on cd26... having cramping and a funky taste in my mouth right now and this has been like this for the past 4 days... and i have had some sickness to my stomach.. ughhh.. and feeling very drug out.. tryin not to get my hope up.. ill be going for a blood test probably on thuresday and find out the results on friday.. no sigh of af right now.. wooohoo!!!! maybe she will stay far far away.. i would love to join kerri and heather.. and anyone else that is pregnant... well i will pray my heart out for the rest of the time until i test... good luck everyone.. and how is angel and julie doing??? baby dust to all

Julie A. - September 30th, 2005 2:42 PM

Heather, how many cycles of Clomid did it take you? I'm on it too (50mg). How did you know when you ovulated? I think that is the trickiest thing to know when to time intercourse!!! thanks!

Gina - September 30th, 2005 3:05 PM

I'm so nervous..i'm reading everyones posts and i'm scared. I'm on Provera right now and Metemorfin and i'm crazy as it is. My tummy is always bothering me, i have so much gas and i just am miserable. I have PCOS so i'm tryin to deal w/ it, so i can have a baby. It's nuts though. Anyone who can help me out ginagurl79@hotmail.com My dr said she wants to put me on Chlomid too, what do u think?
