hey girls! aww wow angel I can't believe shes 1 already!! and hope the new baby is doing fine =) how is everything going? is this pregnancy any different? I forget have u found out what ur having yet?.......Aunemom2b that is just so AMAZING!! girl I am just soo happy for u! 2010 is an awesome year already!! yay! i'm so excited! I know my time will come lol angel I do have a facebook lol I've one for about amonth. my neighbor made me get one hahashes the one that is ttc and has pcos too. hey toscona no we decided not to find out the sex so we wont know until he/she is born..ok i'll try add you using the link........Aunemom2b thats great news hope it all works out keep us updated...when is she due? or did you already say? toscona no its not really much different apart from this baby is alot lower down.....and im not sure what is worse not knowing what to expect in labour or knowing exactly what to expect lol

Hi this is my first time posting, have been reading other posts for a while now and decided to bite the bullet. My husband and I are both 29 and have been ttc for a year now. Last month I was diagnosed with PCOS and have been on 1500mg metformin since then. I have clomid that I will start taking on cd5 but af has not come yet...last one was Jan13. I am trying to get over this overwhelming fear that we will never concieve. Reading all of these posts definitely helps and comforts me. Thanks to everyone for sharing their stories!!

hey guys! WOW!! congrats JEN!! Well this has NOT been joyful for me. This roller coaster has been FAR WORSE than any IUI or 2WW!!!! We have gone broke taking care of the couple while we await the 3/24 c-section... they left town on 3/6 and didn't tell anyone! I had to find out by knocking on the hotel door - no answer..and getting manager to let me in!! WHAT HEART BREAK!!! Well, needless to say I have been a basketcase for the past few days (I found it on Monday) I got first contact today (about an hour ago actually) and she has decided to keep the baby - she thinks...she's not sure right now!! so much is going on. i can't believe this is happening. I posted an update on the main page... but this has all happened since then. We did BD on 3/9...better take advantage of O week while we can - in case we are left with empty arms and a nursery full of stuff!! My first shower was Sunday (the day we think they left) and then Monday we confirmed it - gifts were all over my house!! Made me sick!! Tuesday was suppose to be our 2nd shower given by my husband's work - but we had to cancel it - it's been a HORRIBLE week!! We are going to finish the nursery and pray that she changes her mind, and if not, then we will get pregnant!! somehow!! God has a plan. Not sure what it is - but can't wait to find out!! love you all!! Pray for us!

Anemom2b I am so sorry this has happened... so cruel. I wanted to say be careful int he beginning but thought it wasn't my place. If it doesnt work out which I hope it does.... try what I did... it worked 1st time. I really really hope she changes her mind... either way it is all part of a bigger plan for you... don't forget that x

we have been trying to conceive for 9 months now. I am on my 3rd round of clomid. dr upped it to 150mg this month. I was diagnosed with PCOS in May 09. Anyone else had luck with 150mg clomid? any success stories would be great

This is my first time posting. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 2 years now. I just had a HSG procedure done several days ago. It was painful I must admit. It was done by someone other than my obgyn doctor. Both the radiologist and doctor that performed my HSG test said that my tubes are open. But it hurt so bad I'm praying the dye cleared my tubes. I won't get the full review until I see my doctor April 1st. The next step will be my dh semen analysis.

Hello everyone. It has been a LONG time since I have posted here. I recognize a few of you, Angelmonkey, Toscana, and maybe a few others.
I had a rough year last year but I am back in business. LOL we are trying through the end of this year then we will let the dream go if we must. In the last 13 months I have had 2 early MC and another at 12w. We have had all the testing. For the most part all looks good, so we are waiting for the golden egg. I did have a thrombosis panel in December and January and tested + for IgM so I am now on a baby asprin a day in addition to my regular supp's. I just finished a round of 100 mg clomid and now I am doing a monthor two of Tamoxifen. I had a chemical with the clomid and could have had issues with the lining from the clomid so here we are. I will try and go back and get to know everyone on this thread. I won't go into all the issues I have had this last year, but they were health related, NOT ttc related. And now all is great.

Hi All, i wondered if i could bother you with my story so far, i'd really appreciate any advice or comments you lovely ladies maybe be able to share or give? I'll try to keep it brief and to the point!...

So, I had the implant in for 2 yrs and 2 months and had it removed on 24th february and been ttc ever since. 2 weeks after i had it out i experienced bad cramps and had some very light spotting for a day - it was so light i didnt need to use any products and was very dark. it stopped after that day and i continued to have cramps for another couple of days or so. that was 2 weeks ago, its now exactly been 4 weeks since i had implanon removed and had a BFN this morning. in the last couple of weeks ive had the odd twinge/cramp/back ache but nothing substantial and no sign of AF and no other symptoms.

So my question is, is anyone else ttc after implanon and can anyone shed any light on to this as wether i might be prego and if its still to early to tell or if its bfn, and wether its just taking a long time for my system to work again.

confused and fustrated! i'd appreciate any comments or advice, my doctors just keep saying see what comes first, BFP or AF and they dont know how long either will take. but surely after 4 weeks since having it out i'd have one or the other by now?

lizzie1~ I just wanted to tell you I got your post. I have NOT had any experience with that implant so I can't help on that. But I know that it can take you a while to have your boday reset. Do you know how long your cycles were before the implant? If they ran the standard 28 days then 4 weeks would be perfect. If they were longer than that it could be longer till AF shows or a BFP. You have a lot of different factors that can make things difficult to tell. Unfortunately I agree that only time will tell and eventually you will get one or the other. Sorry not much help probably but good luck and I hope you get that BFP very soon.

am in shock, I am so crazy happy and I can't believe it! I have waited 4 long years for this! For those that don't know me, my husband went through a surgery for vericoceles, I went through HSG, multiple months of medications and failed IUI's. I decided to stop chemical medications all together. For the last 2 months I have been getting acupuncture and cupping for fertility and taking natural herbs. Praise God, it has finally happened. :)
